Unframe has appointed three senior executives to accelerate its next phase of growth: Jonathan Pogact as Vice President of Marketing, Lior Hakimi as Vice President of Finance, and Chris Slovak as Global Field CTO.
The hires come on the heels of a breakout year: $100 million in total contract value, 400% NRR, and $100 million in total funding. Each appointment addresses a distinct dimension of scale — brand and pipeline, financial infrastructure, and enterprise technical leadership — as Unframe moves from proving the model to building the organization around it.
Jonathan Pogact joins as Vice President of Marketing. Pogact brings more than two decades of B2B marketing leadership, most recently as VP of Marketing at Seamless.AI, where he spent six years building the company’s integrated marketing function. Before that, he held marketing leadership roles at Drips, Fathom, and Linkmedia 360, with a track record of driving pipeline and brand at scale across high-growth SaaS environments.
“The numbers here are impossible to ignore — $100 million in TCV and 400% net revenue retention in less than twelve months,” said Pogact. “But what made this decision easy was spending time with the founders and the team. The pace, the talent, the ambition, and the problems they’re solving made it clear they’re building something genuinely different. I’m here to help tell that story.”
Lior Hakimi joins as Vice President of Finance. Hakimi has spent fifteen years building finance functions at SaaS companies through the moments that stress-test them most — capital raises, acquisitions, and the jump from growth-stage to scale. At Optimove, he came in as Controller and left nearly seven years later as VP Finance, having scaled the function through a capital raise and two cross-border acquisitions. He went on to serve as CFO at both Browzwear and Onebeat.
“I joined Unframe because, from my very first conversations with Shay and the leadership team, I saw a genuine customer obsession and a relentless commitment to delivering meaningful value,” said Hakimi. “I strongly identify with the belief that technology should be measured by the impact it creates, not by the hype around it. Unframe is at the forefront of the AI revolution, but what truly won me over was the opportunity to join a group of people who put the customer at the center and consistently bring every conversation back to the tangible value AI can unlock.”
Chris Slovak joins as Global Field CTO, bringing nearly two decades of enterprise technical leadership to the role. Slovak spent eight years at Tealium as VP of Solutions Consulting, Global, working with enterprise buyers navigating some of the most complex data architecture decisions in the market. Before that, he held senior technical roles at Yahoo! and SearchForce — building the pattern of translating hard technical problems into clear business outcomes that defines great field leadership.
“The gap I keep seeing across enterprises isn’t AI adoption, it’s execution,” said Slovak. “Organizations are generating more AI output than ever and still struggling to convert it into real business outcomes. Everyone is running pilots. Nobody is running transformation. Unframe is built to get the enterprise to commit to one use case that actually matters, build it end-to-end, prove it works, and watch every use case after get faster. That’s the model I want to be part of.”
“Unframe has built significant commercial momentum in a short period, and these three appointments reflect what that demands,” said Shay Levi, Co-Founder and CEO of Unframe. “Jonathan, Lior, and Chris each bring deep experience that is exactly suited to the stage we’re at, and to the stage we’re headed toward.”
