IT PARK Uzbekistan has expanded its Los Angeles-based North American operation, giving U.S. companies a direct channel to Central Asian BPO, KPO, and engineering talent as buyers diversify beyond established outsourcing markets.
— U.S. companies are diversifying their global teams beyond the outsourcing markets they have relied on for two decades, and a growing number are looking toward Central Asia. IT PARK Uzbekistan has expanded its North American operation, now based in Los Angeles with representatives in Boston and Washington, D.C., to give those companies a direct channel to the region’s technology talent.

The expansion positions IT PARK Uzbekistan, a government-backed technology hub established in 2019 under Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Digital Technologies, as the entry point for American buyers evaluating Central Asia for business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO). North America already accounts for 45 percent of the export revenue earned by IT PARK’s resident companies, the largest share of any region.
“The global technology map is expanding. Central Asia is becoming an increasingly important corridor for talent, innovation, and digital services, and Uzbekistan is positioned to lead that growth,” said Azamat Karamatov, Chief Executive Officer of IT PARK Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan’s rise as an outsourcing destination has been quick. By late 2024, more than 900 IT PARK resident companies were exporting digital services to buyers in dozens of countries, and the number of exporting firms had grown 70 percent in a single year. For U.S. operations leaders facing wage pressure and talent competition in established markets, that growth points to a market worth evaluating rather than a bet on the unknown.
IT PARK connects U.S. buyers to a base of more than 3,400 resident technology providers across customer support, back-office operations, software and QA engineering, data services, and AI-related work. The Los Angeles operation manages the introductions, vetting, and team ramp directly, so an American company can move from evaluation to a working team quickly, with a government-backed ecosystem behind every engagement.
The North American operation is accepting inquiries from U.S. companies evaluating BPO, KPO, and engineering partnerships in Uzbekistan. Companies can outline their requirements through the North America team at www.uzitpark.com.
