Resolving the paradox of speed versus spend control holding back corporate events
Corporate events have long faced a tension that is hard to resolve. On one hand, event teams want more speed, simplicity, flexibility and service quality. On the other, procurement and finance departments need spend visibility, compliance, supplier control and budget optimisation.
Naboo was built to meet both requirements at once. Today, the Naboo platform brings the organisation, management and oversight of corporate events together in a single environment, without asking companies to choose between user experience and budget control. This vision is the foundation of Naboo’s new positioning and goes hand in hand with a profound shift in its technological approach.
Bryan Kulka, Head of Brand and Communications at Naboo
“Since day one, Naboo has been working to resolve this paradox in corporate events: enabling organisers to move quickly and easily, while giving procurement and finance teams the visibility and control they need. Today, we are building a new way to manage Meetings & Events at scale, by bringing all these stakeholders together within a unified platform. AI now allows us to absorb much of the complexity in the background, so that our teams can devote more time to advice, support and service quality. This rebrand reflects exactly that ambition: bringing simplicity and control to a world still marked by fragmented spending and scattered vendors. In short, bringing order to chaos.”
AI in the service of people
By combining artificial intelligence with on-the-ground expertise, Naboo aims to save companies time and allow them to focus on what matters most: the impact of their events.
For Naboo, AI is becoming an invisible technology layer that absorbs operational complexity in the background. AI automates part of supplier sourcing, negotiation, needs analysis and repetitive operational tasks. With AI that negotiates quotes instantly, Naboo saves its clients an average of 12% per event.
Time saved is reinvested where people add the most value: client support, advice, handling complex situations and service quality. This approach is already reflected in the client experience. Naboo currently has a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89, compared with an industry average score of approximately 40.
A new identity to embody this transformation
The new identity created by the design agency Bleed visually expresses the transformation that is already under way at Naboo.
More than a visual identity change, this new brand embodies Naboo’s evolution. The company no longer positions itself solely as an event booking platform, but as infrastructure that brings together event, procurement and finance teams around a shared vision of Meetings & Events.
