Her expertise in dementia care, programming and associate development quickly led to expanded leadership roles, including Engagement Specialist, Regional Director of Engagement and Director of Memory Care Operations and Education. In 2019, she helped launch Watercrest’s signature Live Exhilarated™ program, creating meaningful experiences centered on each resident’s passions, interests and individual strengths. Today, as Director of Resident and Family Experience, Jeffries draws on a decade of experience to advance service excellence, strengthen associate training and elevate the experience of residents and families across the Watercrest organization. Her work embodies Watercrest’s commitment to creating experiences that celebrate each resident’s individuality, interests and abilities.
