UK-based consultancy, Build Circle, announce new Advisory Board as it reaches next level of Growth 

Build Circle technology consultancy has today announced their new Advisory Board. The new leadership team brings together a group of highly experienced individuals from a range of business disciplines to help super charge the company’s growth. Build Circle partners with brands such as ZOPA Bank, BPP, Starling Bank and NEWS to provide technology advisory, engineering and AI integration services. 

The new Build Circle Advisory Board consists of ex-Thoughtworks COO Renee Hawkins, as a strategic business and technology advisor, Tim Elleray, formerly MD at Accenture Europe and ex-Googler/Microsoft marketing strategist, Margaret Sherer who has successfully spent the last decade leading marketing for scaling businesses.

Renee Hawkins is a strategic business and technology advisor, board member, and former international technology executive with over 30 years’ experience helping organisations scale, transform, and align business and digital strategy.  Over the past few years, her work has focused on advising growth-stage and established enterprises on business operations, organisational design, and digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on aligning technology, strategy and commercial outcomes. She currently sits on three boards and brings a blend of governance, operational, and transformation expertise.

Tim Elleray has spent 20+ years at the sharp end of business and technology — including stints as Managing Director at Accenture in COO and Growth & Strategy roles including scaling Accenture Interactive across Europe. His career also spanned founding CEO of a car platform, business turnaround projects and buy and sell-side M&A advisor. He now operates across multiple businesses as Non-Executive Chair, Board Member, Advisor, and Investor, spanning technology, consulting, and early-stage ventures. He works with founders, leadership teams, and PE-backed businesses on growth & strategy, operations, M&A and basically ‘getting things done’.

Margaret Sherer has worked for over 20 years in the digital marketing industry in big tech at Microsoft and Google, while spending the last decade helping fast growth tech companies scale.
