Report highlights measurable progress across energy efficiency, sustainable development and community impact, alongside refreshed sustainability goals

The report details Link Logistics’ progress advancing decarbonization, reducing energy consumption and generating value for customers while creating a positive impact in the communities where the Company operates.

2025 Link Logistics Sustainability Highlights
- Reduced more than 14,000 estimated metric tons of carbon through energy-efficiency projects
- Completed 36 million square feet of additional LED or high-efficiency lighting retrofits, bringing the cumulative total to 146 million square feet since 2021
- Increased the Company’s solar development pipeline by more than 50 megawatts
- Delivered 4 million square feet of high-efficiency warehouse space across 16 developments, bringing the total to 17 million square feet across 69 LEED certified spaces since 2022
- Added 393 new customer enrollments in Energy Solutions, Link Logistics’ energy and utility management program, bringing total enrollment to 1,474 customers
- Managed power procurement across 684 customer accounts through the Company’s power hedging program, delivering enhanced energy cost stability
- Earned the Better Buildings Better Practice Award from the U.S. Department of Energy and the Sustainability Product of the Year recognition from the Business Intelligence Group for Energy Solutions
2025 Link Logistics Social Impact Highlights
- Donated $2 million to 21 nonprofit projects across 20 communities through the Link Logistics Community Grants Program, which addresses hunger, education and hyperlocal needs
- Contributed to more than 7.5 million meals through CoreGiving, Link Logistics’ marquee nonprofit partner
- Achieved 92% employee participation in optional Social Impact programming
- Committed more than 13,000 hours of employee volunteerism
- Provided more than 500 students with access to mentorship, scholarships and industrial real estate training through Project Destined
- Expanded the number of Employee Resource Groups from one to six in the three years since launch, with nearly 60% of employees opting into at least one group
