Boutique founded by Anton Tagliaferro and Simon Conn launches on SS&C’s institutional-quality fund administration and unit registry platform
WINDSOR, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) today announced that Fundamental Investment Management (FIM), a Sydney-based boutique investment management firm, has selected SS&C to support its inaugural Fundamental Smaller Companies Fund.
The Fund, launched in July, seeks to deliver long-term returns for investors by applying a research-driven value strategy to investing in Australian smaller companies. SS&C will provide fund administration and unit registry services for the Fund. MSC Trustees will serve as trustee and custodian.
FIM specializes in managing money in the Australian smaller companies sector. The firm was founded by investment director Anton Tagliaferro and senior portfolio manager Simon Conn. FIM takes an active approach to investment, engaging closely with portfolio company boards and management.
