Press Release

CXM and Insights Platform Provider, Alida, Partners with Voxpopme to Enhance its Customer Services with Video Feedback

CXM and insights platform provider, Alida, today announced in a company press release that it has entered a partnership with video survey software company, Voxpopme, with the aim to help brands understand and amplify its customers’ voices with video.

The CXM and insights platform provider wrote that the partnership will enable its customers to conduct video-based surveys in minutes resulting in them being able to harness customer-recorded videos as a source of truth that can create understanding, empathy, and connection with customers.

Ross Wainwright, CEO at Alida explained how the partnership will allow the company to add more value to its customers and why videos role in communication is becoming increasingly important by saying: “We are thrilled to offer our customers the added value of video feedback and analysis to understand their customers at a deeper level by hearing and seeing them talk directly about their experiences. Video has become a frequent method of communication and it is imperative that brands use it to reveal their customers’ sentiments and emotions, and gain rich insights to drive customer experience improvements.”

Video use significantly rose when countries went into lockdown with businesses conducting daily meetings, hirings, and client calls via video calling while at the same time people used video for family and friends social interactions.

As businesses conduct sales calls or interviews, being able to see the person via video can significantly improve the success of these procedures due to being able to read body language while being able to see and hear how the other person acts, reacts, holds their posture, and get an overall better feeling for how they conduct themselves. Aspects that Alida expects to help customers with thanks to this partnership with the video survey software company.

The CXM and insights platform provider is not the only business making partnerships with companies involved in the video space. A recent example is the deep learning for video service provider, iSIZE, who entered a partnership with Intel indicating that companies are increasingly paying attention to the role video is playing in business and customer success.

Voxpopme defines itself as a company that can allow your business to uncover new insights that people pay attention to and inspire action through its insights and customer experience video survey software solution.

The press release explained how Voxpopme’s analytics and editing tools will help its customers quickly uncover insights that brands can use to elevate the customer experience.

The CXM and insights platform provider commented on how the automated theme and sentiment analytics now possible can reveal to its customer base-rich qualitative insights, which it says puts them at the forefront of Voice of Customer (VoC) technology.

Through the partnership, Alida is able to offer customers the capability of performing real-time insights and video analytics to reveal real-time insight and alerts into key themes and trends which Voxpopme describes as showing “wow” moments in customers’ experiences, as well as opportunities to convert detractors to promoters.
