Astute wins the 2020 Pandemic Tech Innovation Award for its Crisis Response Management solution

Customer engagement platform provider Astute announced today in a company press release that it won the 2020 Pandemic Tech Innovation Award that is presented by TMCNET.

The customer engagement platform provider won the Award for its Crisis Response Management solution which can help brands with a number of challenges they are facing during and due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Pandemic Tech Innovation Awards presented by TMCNet aims to recognise hardware, software, devices/peripherals, applications, and services that help society and business function effectively in the face of challenges caused by COVID-19.

Alex George, President and CTO at Astute commented on how its technology is made to better support its customers by saying: “As new needs have emerged, Astute has been at the forefront of creatively applying technology to solve developing needs. Astute is not the only business winning Awards due to their impact on helping businesses and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic with a number of others picking up Awards to recognise its contributions with Datadog winning at the 2020 AWS Public Sector Awards.

The Crisis Response Management solution is a product offering by the customer engagement platform provider which claims to enable businesses to communicate “quickly and consistently” with customers and employees on multiple channels.

The potential benefits of the customer engagement platforms Crisis Response Management solution include the ability for businesses to communicate the latest information to consumers and employees, offer health screening for employees and visitors before entering the place of business, and to support new business processes to ensure social distancing and safety practices.

The customer engagement platforms Crisis Response Management AI is built on its AI-powered Bot technology platform and includes the COVID-19 Communication Bot, which enables users to quickly disseminate key information like modified hours of operation, service availability, and what steps they’re taking to keep their customers safe.

Astute claim that its AI-powered self-service platform uses AI technology and natural language processing alongside auto-generated responses to give a better user experience and comes with no costly customisation costs.

The Award comes shortly after the customer engagement platform launched additional tools with the goal to enable businesses to navigate changes brought on by COVID-19 which include the Email Virtual Assistant, nicknamed EVA, and the customer satisfaction application Customer Confidence.

These new products join the companies existing product suite bringing the total number of products the company offers to nine across seven industries.

This is the third Award that Astute has won in 2020 with previous wins being for the 2020 Contact Center Technology Award and for the Bronze Stevie Award in the 2020 American Business Awards.
