Who can enter?

Companies and teams of all sizes can enter The AI Journal Global Excellence Awards. However, there are rules to entry. Please make sure you read the rules of entry available above to make sure your business and team is eligible and you follow the guidelines. We would hate for you to spend time doing an entry that can’t be accepted because of the guidelines.

What's the judging process?

You have until the end of July to enter. From here the entries will be sent to the judges in August. They will be reviewed for a period of two months. When we have all scores back we will announce the companies and teams shortlisted. If you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited to join us on the evening. Judges are all under signed NDA’s so none of your businesses (or clients if PR agency for example) sensitive information is revealed.

What are the timelines of the Awards?

July 30th is when you can enter until for all available categories. Judging will take place through August and September. Shortlist will be announced in October. The Awards ceremony is in November.

If a judge is representing our company, can we still enter?

Yes, you can still enter. However, the judge representing your company will not be able to review entries for the categories you enter.

Is there someone I can speak to about the Awards and the entry criteria?

Yes! If you experience any problems entering the Awards online, you can submit your entry via email. Please send an email with the subject line ‘Award Entry’ to tom.allen@aijourn.com where a member of the team will assist you.
