Continuous customer insights solution provider, Vision Critical, today announced in a company press release the appointment of Steven Medeiros to the position of General Manager for the Asia Pacific and Japan.
Vision Critical wrote that Medeiros joins the executive leadership team to expand the company’s high-growth trajectory in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions with the goal to support its clients and partners in driving excellence in the customer experience management (CXM) space.
Ross Wainwright, CEO of Vision Critical welcomed Steven the team by saying: “Steven is a highly passionate and established SaaS leader who believes in delivering perfection and value to all of his clients. With his extensive experience and insight building successful businesses within the international market, Steven is sure to propel Vision Critical as a CXM leader in the Asia Pacific region. We are fortunate to have him join our team.”
As businesses welcome new opportunities the increasingly digital era has brought, the need for a team to support the new initiatives has grown with new hires happening as a result.
The continuous customer insights solution provider are not the only ones bolstering the support of its team for international expansion with AppZen recently welcoming a new VP of Product and Salesforce appointing Vlocity founder, which is now owned by the CRM provider, as CEO of Salesforce Industries.
This is not the first appointment Vision Critical have made in 2020 with the continuous customer insights solution provider appointing six roles through 2020 and welcoming an SVP of Channel and Partner Alliances and a new Chief of Staff in July alone.
In August the continuous customer insights solution provider’s CEO, Wainwright, was named as a top 50 SaaS CEO of 2020 and in July it received $20m in funding which shows people and businesses recognise the value Vision Critical can offer its customers.
Vision Critical wrote that Medeiros is responsible for driving Asia Pacific expansion opportunities and leading initiatives that support the success of Vision Critical’s international clients through its vast partner network.
Medeiros commented on where he sees an opportunity for CXM and how he’s excited to be joining the Vision Critcal team by saying: “Over the next decade, winners in the CXM industry will be focused on helping companies, institutions and governments to better understand the needs of their current and future customers. I believe CXM is the platform of the future and I am excited to join Vision Critical’s team and clients as we make history together.”
Prior to joining the continuous customer insights solution provider, Medeiros was President and CEO, Hong Kong and Macau, of NTT Ltd.
Medeiros has also served as the GM for Kony in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions with Vision Critical writing in the press release that under his leadership he added hundreds of new clients, retained the highest customer bases worldwide, and built a partner ecosystem across the banking, insurance, airline, and healthcare sectors.
Medeiros has also held senior leadership roles at SAP, Hire.com, and Oracle, focusing on SaaS, cloud enablement, and consulting.
