Boynton Beach Agency Says the Smartest Ad Buy in 2026 Is Not an Ad: Good At Marketing Bets on Earned Media Odds With Proprietary Software No Other Agency Has

While competitors bid up the same paid channels, Google Partner agency Good At Marketing has built exclusive in house software that wins its clients real press coverage, the kind money is not supposed to be able to buy.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Every business in South Florida can buy an ad tomorrow. Almost none of them will be quoted in the press this year. Good At Marketing, a Boynton Beach based Google Partner agency, says that difference is the most mispriced opportunity in marketing, and it has built proprietary software to exploit it.

Take your digital marketing to the next level

The math the agency points to is about trust and odds. Nielsen’s long running Global Trust in Advertising research has consistently found that consumers trust recommendations and editorial media far more than any paid format, with roughly nine in ten trusting earned recommendations while paid digital ads rank near the bottom of the list. Meanwhile AI assistants, which a growing share of buyers now consult before purchasing, build their answers from the same earned record: press mentions, expert commentary, and independent coverage.

“Paid channels are a vending machine,” said Donnie Strompf, the agency’s founder. “You put money in, an ad comes out, and everyone can see it is an ad, including the AI your customer asks for advice. Earned media is the opposite. You cannot simply buy it, the odds of landing it on your own are terrible, and that is exactly why it is worth more. A business owner might send fifty pitches to get one quote placed. We built software that changes those odds, and we are the only ones who have it.”

The agency will not describe how the system works. It says that is the point.

“It is proprietary, it is exclusive to our clients, and it stays that way,” Strompf said. “What I will describe is what a client experiences. Real journalists writing real stories quote them, their expertise shows up in outlets they did not pitch, and the AI assistants their customers use start citing them as the authority in their category. The client’s entire job is to approve with one tap. We handle everything else.”

The agency reports that client placements now span national business, marketing, and trade publications, with local clients ranging from law firms to home service companies to ecommerce brands.

The offering is deliberately capped, the agency says. “Exclusive means exclusive. We are not selling this to everyone, and we are certainly not selling it to two competitors in the same market,” Strompf said.
