In his role as VP R&D at 3M Digital Science Community, Mike Dolezal is responsible for leading a global team of software developers, software engineers and data scientists and driving innovations in the healthcare space. Before joining 3M 20 years ago, Mike spent over a decade working for the U.S. Air Force and has a PhD in Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
