Gagandeep Chahal is an accomplished Data Engineering Executive with over 14 years of expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Services. Currently serving as Vice President of Data & Analytics with Regions Bank, USA, he leads a dynamic team of BI Developers, Data Warehouse Architects, and Analysts to lead the data engineering and analytics initiatives of the organization. Gagandeep’s role also involves overseeing data governance, ensuring data quality, and maintaining compliance with financial and cybersecurity regulations. Gagandeep is passionate about delivering accurate, comprehensive, and secure reporting and data solutions for Regions Bank, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among aspiring data professionals.
