The capability applies fraud detection at every stage of the candidate journey rather than as a check at the end. Specialized agents handle sourcing, job-description analysis, talent assessments, AI video interviews, fraud detection, candidate ranking, and decision reporting. Each reports to iJupiter™, which sequences the review and consolidates the findings of the agents. A credential inconsistency in a resume can change what later verification examines; assessment results can shape which questions a candidate is asked in an interview; and a mismatch between coding performance and interview responses can be surfaced rather than filed in two unrelated reports.
Fraud detection on the platform covers deepfake and face-swapping indicators, proxy participation and multiple voices, AI-assisted answers, screen changes during a session, unusual response patterns, and gaps in skill recency and credentials. ACHNET does not have the capability to make talent selection fraud-free.
The announcement follows a documented rise in AI-assisted candidate deception. A 2025 Greenhouse survey of 4,136 respondents, cited by SHRM, found that 91% of hiring managers had encountered or suspected AI-assisted cheating in interviews and that 18% had caught a candidate using a deepfake. In a public service announcement issued in January 2025, the FBI warned U.S. businesses that North Korean IT workers were obtaining remote employment using stolen identities and face-swapping technology in video interviews, then exfiltrating proprietary data and holding it for ransom. A related Justice Department prosecution involved workers placed at more than 300 U.S. companies and generated more than $17 million in illicit revenue.

The company distinguishes between legitimate candidate use of AI and deliberate deception. Using AI to prepare for an interview is not treated as fraud on the platform. Impersonation, manipulated evidence, and concealed assistance are handled as separate issues.
