OTTAWA, ON, Sept. 3, 2026 /CNW/ — Today, the Prime Minister, Mark Carney, announced the following changes in the senior ranks of the public service:
Scott Jones, President of Shared Services Canada, will become Chief of the Communications Security Establishment following the upcoming retirement of Caroline Xavier.
The Prime Minister congratulates Caroline Xavier, thanks her for her dedication and service to Canadians throughout her career, and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
