WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented JATT III Acquisition Corp (the Company) in the closing of its initial public offering of 6.9 million ordinary shares at a price of $10 per share Aug. 27, including the underwriter’s full exercise of its overallotment option to purchase an additional 900,000 ordinary shares. Total gross proceeds from the offering were $69 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “JTTT” Aug. 26.
AI Biotechnology LLC, an affiliate of Access Industries, Inc. and Vianti Capital Fund I, L.P. have indicated non-binding interests to participate in a private placement that may occur concurrently with the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination.
