The acquisition supports the Company’s continued national expansion and strengthens its presence in a key metropolitan market. Palm Beach Tan and Wellness currently operates 648 franchised and company-owned locations across 35 states.
Eight of the acquired locations will be rebranded as Palm Beach Tan and Wellness salons and will be remodeled and enhanced with new services and equipment. The remaining six locations will merge with existing nearby locations.
All sessions, packages, and memberships previously purchased at Bodyheat will be honored at all Las Vegas Palm Beach Tan and Wellness locations. Memberships will be integrated into the Palm Beach Tan and Wellness Premier Rewards® program, which provides members with benefits including service upgrades, sunless tanning options, and product discounts. Guests eager to experience Palm Beach Tan and Wellness services need not wait; the Company currently operates five existing Las Vegas locations already offering the full suite of wellness services, available throughout the conversion period over the coming months.
