Inaugural 25-city global ranking finds AI capital concentration is now the strongest single predictor of urban trajectory — and that nine cities are pulling decisively ahead of the rest of the world.

The Index scores each city across six equally weighted dimensions: AI Capital Intensity, Talent Density, Infrastructure, Policy Support, Frontier-Lab Anchor Presence, and modeled AI Citation Share across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
