Maureen is a seasoned healthcare and life sciences executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling commercial organizations across the life sciences, provider, and payor markets. Most recently, she served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Norstella, where over a decade she built and led the global commercial organization through substantial organic growth and a series of acquisitions growing revenue over thirty times.

Maureen also is on the Board of AssistRx, a leading technology-enabled platform that connects patients, healthcare providers and life sciences organizations to streamline patient access to therapy.
Maureen began her career as a clinical registered nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital before moving into commercial leadership roles at McKesson, Vocollect Healthcare Systems, and Quantia, where she drove growth in sales, market development, and client strategy across both payor and provider businesses.
