A pioneering force in India’s staffing and employment landscape, Rituparna co-founded TeamLease Services and played a central role in scaling it into one of the country’s largest publicly listed HR services companies. Over the past two decades, she has worked at the intersection of government, business and civil society–advising founders, Fortune 500s, investors, and policymakers–building a track record of business growth, leadership advisory, and policy engagement.
