THE WOODLANDS, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Trecora has acquired the assets of Deltech Monomers OpCo LLC, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The acquired facility is North America’s leading producer of divinyl benzene, vinyl toluene, and various other specialty monomers and will be part of Trecora’s Specialty Chemicals business headquartered in The Woodlands, TX.
