Perhaps most importantly, as we saw with algorithms, AI should not operate in isolation. Human oversight is crucial in critical decision-making, with clear accountability structures ensuring responsible AI use. Employee training is vital to ensure staff understand AI’s capabilities, potential risks, and ethical implications.
