By investing in scalable network architectures, implementing advanced technologies like direct liquid cooling to handle the growing demands of AI applications and improving traditional air cooling strategies to support legacy applications, providers can future-proof their facilities to meet diverse enterprise needs without compromising on performance or sustainability.

Location and connection are everything in the age of AI. Additionally, securing land in locations with multiple fiber providers and diverse, dense, high-capacity network paths will help data centers provide the necessary connectivity for high-performance computing, AI workloads and cloud applications without having to invest their own time and capital to build new networks.
