Solutionz Announces AI-First Go-to-Market Strategy for its SMARTtools Growth Multiplier Platform

After leveraging AI to complete the final phase of its technical and operational infrastructure, the female-led B2B technology company is entering its growth phase. It will launch an AI-first go-to-market strategy driven by intelligent automation, experienced leadership, strategic partnerships, and self-service technology.

Solutionz, a B2B travel and event technology company, announced this week that it has completed the growth multiplier foundation, designed to help companies tap into new revenue, engagement, and impact from their existing base.

At the core of the platform is TravelingToGive®, Solutionz’s patent-pending travel and event engagement platform that powers the SMARTtools™ suite. Clients can begin with one capability and expand to additional tools with minimal implementation.

The platform is organized around two primary product families. SMARTtrip focuses on trip planning and booking, while SMARTgrowth supports productivity and customer engagement.

Together, they serve what the company calls the life travel and event market, including visits to friends and family, weddings, reunions, tournaments, concerts, and unmanaged business travel. According to the US Travel Association, these travelers account for more than 80 percent of trips taken in the United States.

Scaling on Proof versus a Promise

Rather than raising external capital ahead of proving its infrastructure at scale, Solutionz first reduced product, execution, and operational risk. It market-tested its product and validated fulfillment, donation mechanics, and partner economics with live clients and their traveler network before commercialization.

Fulfillment partnerships with Priceline Partner Solutions, HotelPlanner, Ticketmaster and EagleRider let Solutionz operate without maintaining travel and event inventory, merchant processing or call center operations.

Development was funded by the founder, executive team, board, and friends & family. More than 40 man-years were invested in building the SMARTtools™ platform across technology, marketing, sales, implementation, and operations.

Instead of relying on laboratory testing or design exercises, each stage was validated through 80 live deployments across five markets, reaching tens of thousands of travelers and generating more than a million tool views. Those results provided measurable proof of the key performance indicators driving revenue and projected margins.

AI-First Go-to-Market Strategy

The next phase centers on an automated tool that facilitates niche-market reach without adding sales resources. The AI-driven platform was conceived by Paolo Resteghini, technical co-founder of Solutionz and founder of Lumio Ventures LLC.

Building on her four decades of creating B2B solutions for the travel industry, Chicke Fitzgerald co-designed the white-label aspects of the platform, ensuring that it could be effectively deployed not only by Solutionz but also by its clients and channel partners.

Solutionz is the first user of the underlying Lumio platform, which it will re-market as SMARTsales™. Rather than relying on manual prospect qualification, SMARTsales automates research, modeling and demonstration creation, enriching target accounts and executing multi-step outbound campaigns. Prospects receive a validated estimate of the business impact of implementing SMARTtools™, together with a live, customized demonstration of the VISIT US tool generated from their own website content.

Larger enterprise opportunities are supported by traditional consultative sales. His United Kingdom-based firm helps B2B SaaS companies build scalable sales processes that reduce founder dependency.

Additional expansion channels include licensing, partnerships, webinars, the Game Changer™ podcast, and online marketing.

Solutionz is launching these initiatives simultaneously across the five markets it tested: Enterprise, Events, Media, Care and Non-Profit. The company believes that a platform already validated at scale can, with AI-driven tools, enter multiple markets concurrently rather than the old model of expanding one vertical at a time.

Platform Enhancements Support Commercialization

Solutionz is also pursuing the venue and services markets with its new TRY™ feature. The tool lets prospects experience a customized version of the SMARTtrip VISIT US tool in minutes, on the Company’s websites or through the white-label version of SMARTsales, with no scheduled demonstration, no account creation and no sales conversation.

Built automatically from a prospect’s own website content, the TRY tool lets prospects evaluate the platform before implementing it on their own sites. The whole flow is self-service by design.

Self-service onboarding builds curated content automatically from the client’s existing website. Those efficiencies are passed on through lower costs, charitable donations on every transaction, and, when clients choose the revenue-sharing model, a new revenue stream from their existing customer base.

SMARTevents Expands Visitor Engagement

The latest release also enhances the SMARTevents™ suite of tools, which help event organizers increase attendance and improve the attendee experience. A new tVITE™ travel invitation and RSVP feature helps organizers capture attendee intent and build mailing lists while making it easy for attendees to plan their trip and invite others.

The next release, expected before the end of August, will feature the new eventHUB™, an embeddable event landing widget that helps attendees find event details, book travel and stay engaged, along with the same TRY™ experience for auditing and previewing event pages.
