Shoplazza Wraps 2025 DTC Summit, with AI-Innovations and Record Merchant Participation

TORONTO, Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Shoplazza, a global SaaS platform for direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce, has successfully concluded its 2025 DTC Summit, marking another milestone in its mission to deliver speed, intelligence, and growth for merchants worldwide. The summit gathered nearly 800 merchants on-site, attracted more than 2,500 registrations, and drew over 35,000 livestream viewers, reaffirming Shoplazza’s influence in the global eCommerce industry.

At the summit, Shoplazza unveiled its latest achievements across performance, AI capabilities, checkout, and reliability, highlighting its continued strides in innovation. Full store launch time has been reduced from three days to just 30 minutes, while Google Lighthouse scores now average over 95. Stores with more than one million SKUs maintain sub-1.2 second P99 load times, meaning that 99% of users experience page loads in less than 1.2 seconds, ensuring smooth browsing even during peak demand. Homepage rendering has improved to 1.9 seconds at the P95 level, and product listing pages now load in 2.0 seconds, outperforming the industry average of 2.87 seconds. These improvements reflect Shoplazza’s commitment to empowering merchant growth through faster, more seamless user experiences.

AI-driven capabilities also took center stage. Shoplazza’s proprietary translation engine processes 100 product descriptions in 0.8 seconds with 26 percent greater accuracy across 109 languages. Enhanced search and recommendation systems have lifted conversion rates by up to 30 percent and increased ARPU to more than $2. With the built-in Loyalty & Push system, merchants reported a 77.5 percent increase in member registrations and more than 10 percent growth in overall conversion rates, demonstrating how AI can scale enterprise-level precision to businesses of all sizes.

Checkout has been redefined to deliver both speed and reliability. Payment pages now load in under 0.8 seconds, price calculations complete in 0.6 seconds at P95, and payment responses finish in 1.5 seconds at P95. One-click checkout covers 70 percent of payment options and accounts for 42.8 percent of orders, while authorization success rates rose to 67.47 percent. Shoplazza Payments‘ three-stage risk control framework, integrating Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR), Ethoca, intelligent routing, and real-time fraud detection, has further reduced chargebacks and secured global transactions.

Resilience remains a cornerstone of Shoplazza’s infrastructure. The platform achieved 99.99 percent uptime with less than 50 minutes of downtime over the past year. Its API ecosystem exceeded 10 billion calls, with more than 80 percent of functions available through open interfaces, supporting seamless integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems. Multi-region active-active deployment, canary releases, and automated rollback provide the operational resilience merchants need during global sales events.

“The 2025 DTC Summit underscores our mission to turn uncertainty into certainty for global merchants,” said Jeff Li, CEO of Shoplazza. “For us, speed is not just a metric but a growth strategy, and we are committed to equipping merchants with enterprise-grade infrastructure that is fast, intelligent, reliable, and scalable.”

The event reinforced Shoplazza’s role as a trusted partner for merchants aiming to expand globally, showcasing how AI-powered infrastructure can transform every stage of commerce.
