Sence joins from the Cincinnati Insurance Companies where he most recently served as Vice President of Personal Lines National Sales, bringing decades of experience in carrier and agency leadership to his new role with SageSure.
He will oversee sales strategy, distribution expansion, and high-impact producer engagement, reinforcing SageSure’s commitment to driving growth and success with its partners.

Sence’s career is distinguished by his dual experience in both underwriting and agency operations. He spent 14 years in the independent agency system, where he built his own book of business and managed sales teams.
