At the center of the exhibit is the public debut of e-HYDRIVE™, a patent-pending hybrid drum drive system that powers mixer operation with the chassis engine off. Validated through real-world field testing, e-HYDRIVE reduces unnecessary idling during loading, waiting, and pouring while lowering fuel use, regens, and maintenance exposure. Designed for both new builds and retrofit applications, the self-charging system integrates seamlessly into active fleets without disrupting daily operations.
Also featured is xBOLT™ for INSIGHT™, an in-drum temperature monitoring solution built on the patented INSIGHT™ Mixer System. As the first temperature sensor fully integrated into a mixer control system — with no third-party add-ons — xBOLT™ is engineered into a drum hatch bolt in a fully wireless, self-contained design. Live temperature readings are displayed natively within INSIGHT™, delivering real-time visibility. Developed in partnership with EXACT Technology, xBOLT™ further expands the intelligence of the INSIGHT™ platform.
