DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Attorney Clay Pulliam has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Real Estate group in Dallas, the law firm announced today.
Clay advises clients on the full lifecycle of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, workouts, leasing, and joint ventures. His experience spans a wide range of property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, hospital, and high-density mixed-use developments. Before entering private practice, Clay served as in-house counsel for Hillwood Development Company, where he oversaw legal matters for industrial, hospitality, office, residential, and retail investments.
Clay received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.B.A. in Economics and Finance from Baylor University.
