QCraft Launches Next-Gen 500+ TOPS Autonomous Driving Solution and Scales NOA to 1M+ Vehicles

At QCraft Day 2026 in Beijing, the company also announced that its one-chip end-to-end Urban Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) solution has hit large-scale mass production and delivery, and shared 2026’s global strategy roadmap.

BEIJING–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global autonomous driving leader QCraft kicks off the year as a trailblazer for the autonomous driving industry with QCraft Day 2026. Presenting to over 200 industry guests on January 23, 2026, in Beijing, the company spotlighted its mass production breakthroughs, expansion plans, and major milestones across development, production and deployment.

In a keynote speech on the topic of “Bringing Autonomous Driving into Real Life”, Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of QCraft Dr. James Yu posited that 2026 marks the beginning of a Golden Decade and the inaugural year of Superhuman Intelligence. He offered eight predictions, such as Urban Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) intervention rates dropping to “monthly” intervals and dedicated autonomous driving insurance premiums being 50% lower than human-driven ones.

“QCraft has crossed the mass production quagmire through strategic focus and a pragmatic, non-aggressive style,” Dr. Yu shared, and further emphasized QCraft’s customer-centric value that “The success of our customers is the foundation of QCraft’s success.”

Advancing Urban NOA and Accelerating Deployment

In a major unveiling, the company introduced its next-generation, 500+ TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second) QPilot 2.0 intelligent driving solution, and debuted Vision-Language-Action (VLA) and World Model architecture that forms a robust unified technical foundation for both L2 and L4. QPilot 2.0 leverages the closed-loop data capabilities of QCraft’s AI-driven Autonomous Driving Super Factory to deliver a new and refined intelligent driving experience powered by cutting-edge, AI-driven VLA and World Models.

QCraft also revealed that its QPilot intelligent driving system has been installed in over 1 million passenger vehicles and deployed across 23 models from nearly 10 leading OEMs, including Li Auto, GAC Group, and Chery. In 2026, more than 50 new models are expected to be equipped with the system, signaling a critical phase of large-scale expansion and a leap ahead of competitors in the mass production race.

Looking ahead, Dr. Yu stated that there is no “end game” for autonomous driving technology: new, enhanced and more optimized paradigms will continue to emerge, and successive waves of innovation will bring autonomous driving into reality and everyday life.

One-Chip Urban NOA Hits Mass Production

QCraft also announced that its industry-first ‘one-piece’ end-to-end Urban NOA solution, based on a single Horizon Robotics Journey™ 6M chip, officially started large-scale mass production and delivery this month. This solution debuts on the Li Auto 2025 L6 Pro, L7 Pro, L8 Pro, and L9 Pro vehicle models and sets a new benchmark for high-efficiency Urban NOA.

QCraft pursues inclusive autonomous driving by lowering the barriers to widespread adoption of capable, practical and effective Urban NOA.

Charting the Course for 2026

QCraft’s 2026 global strategy includes international expansion plans and a new phase of commercialization.

In the L4 segment, QCraft had recently officially entered the unmanned logistics sector via a strategic partnership with Chery Commercial Vehicle to develop autonomous logistics solutions. The company aims to optimize cost-performance; offer all-domain safety (validated by over 1 million mass-production units); and provide multi-scenario coverage and full life-cycle service.

QCraft Day also debuted the QCraft Robo-X platform, an Android-like ecosystem for autonomous vehicles (Robobus, RoboVan, Robotaxi) featuring a universal technical foundation and a complete operation toolchain.

With offices already established in Beijing, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Silicon Valley, and Munich, QCraft plans to set up even more outposts in the European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets to support its global expansion.

QCraft’s global advantage lies in its cross-platform compatibility (supporting NVIDIA, Qualcomm and Horizon) and its compliance framework, having passed multiple international certifications. By combining technical exports with localized services, QCraft is bringing autonomous driving technology forged in China’s complex scenarios to the international market.
