Vanessa is an experienced leader within in the staffing industry, having spent her entire career driving sales, account management, and operational delivery across a wide range of industry verticals. Prior to joining Prolink, she served as Vice President of Global MSP Solutions at KellyOCG and Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Sales at Yoh. In these roles, she led total workforce strategy and consultative solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, optimizing talent through MSP, RPO, and enterprise staffing models. Throughout her career, Vanessa has forged and led numerous strategic partnerships and previously served on the board of HRO Today, contributing to the advancement of workforce innovation across the industry.
