That means close collaboration with enterprise architecture and extended teams from the start. Scalable AI is not a separate track; it’s a co-created ecosystem between security, architecture, governance & other enterprise teams 
  5. Balance Innovation with Cost Discipline: Scaling AI responsibly also means scaling it economically. Cloud costs, compute demand, and data storage can escalate quickly. Institutions that succeed implement AI cost governance frameworks, including model performance monitoring, workload optimization, and sunset criteria for underperforming models. Innovation is only sustainable when it’s cost-justified.
