(NYSE: PACS) (โPACSโ or the โCompanyโ), which together with its subsidiaries is one of the largest post-acute healthcare companies in the United States, announces the appointments of Kelly Priegnitz as Chief Compliance Officer and Trent Bingham as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Bingham joined PACS on Nov. 10, while Ms. Priegnitz began her role on Dec. 1.
Ms. Priegnitz joins PACS after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Pinnacle Treatment Centers since 2020. Prior to her service at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Ms. Priegnitz held a variety of senior healthcare compliance leadership roles throughout her career, including Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Trilogy Health Services, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Healogics, and Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Kindred Healthcare. Ms. Priegnitz received her law degree from the University of Oklahoma and her bachelorโs degree from Troy University.

Mr. Bingham has extensive experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of HR Business Partnerships at Swire Coca-Cola. He previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Renalytix and held leadership positions at Edwards Lifesciences, eBay, and Eli Lilly & Co. Mr. Bingham is a CPA who began his professional career in public accounting with KPMG. He received his MBA from Brigham Young University, and his bachelorโs degree from Utah State University.
