TOKYO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–As MUFG Bank and MUSHD announced “Reorganization of overseas securities entities within MUFG“ on December 27, 2024, MUFG Bank and MUSHD planned to complete the group reorganization scheduled for July 1, 2025, pending approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities in Japan and abroad. However, as the approval process remains ongoing, the planned completion date has been moved to October 1, 2025.
