Melissa Voeller Joins the Identity Theft Resource Center’s Board of Directors

Voeller brings vast go-to-market experience for Gen’s portfolio of consumer brands, such as Norton and LifeLock

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Melissa Voeller of Gen Digital has joined the Board of Directors of the Identity Theft Resource Center® (ITRC), a nationally recognized nonprofit organization established to support victims of identity crime.

Voeller serves as Gen’s Head of Consumer Marketing. In her eight years with the company, she has been behind the go-to-market strategies for Gen’s portfolio of consumer brands, such as Norton and LifeLock. Voeller has managed global product launches and developed marketing strategies that balance both brand building and performance metrics. Before joining Gen, Voeller held numerous marketing roles at PetSmart, leading disciplines such as Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Promotions and Community Activation.
