Media Advisory – Artemis II: Jeremy Hansen to answer questions from Canadians during second live space-to-Earth video connection

Longueuil, QC,, April 3, 2026 /CNW/ – Overnight, April 4-5, 2026, not long before his lunar flyby, Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen will do a second live space-to-Earth video connection with the CSA.

He will answer questions prepared by students and young Canadians, as well as members of the public from all over the country. These questions were compiled in collaboration with the Canadian Association of Science Centres, the Ulnooweg Education Centre and Connected North. 

Media are invited to attend the event at CSA headquarters. It will be hosted by two CSA experts, who will also talk about what the crew will observe during their upcoming flyby of the Moon.

All media must present their press card at the gate and again at the reception desk. We recommend arriving early to avoid security-related delays, and because the space-to-Earth connections with Jeremy Hansen will take place on a set schedule.

The event will be livestreamed on the CSA’s YouTube channel.

The mission will be broadcast live, from start to finish, on NASA+.
