Media Advisory – Artemis II crew to be welcomed in Houston after a historic mission around the Moon

LONGUEUIL, QC, April 11, 2026 /CNW/ – Today, Saturday April 11 at 4:15 pm, NASA will hold a welcome event at Ellington Field in Houston for the Artemis II crew. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman and Canadian Space Agency (CSA) President Lisa Campbell will deliver short remarks and welcome the crew. This will be the first opportunity to hear remarks from the astronauts after their historic mission.

The event will be livestreamed on NASA’s YouTube channel.

Media representatives are invited to the John H. Chapman Space Centre in Longueuil to watch the event live. CSA experts will be available on site for interviews.
