Seasoned executive joins CUSO to drive financial strategy and support meaningful growth

Szymczak brings over 23 years of dynamic financial expertise to the role, including a strong background in M&A, process improvement and financial planning and analysis. Her career began in consulting, where she spent a decade immersed in projects involving strategy, turnaround and M&A. From there, she accepted a role at a major Chicago-based ad agency, partnering with account teams to manage revenue, billing and profitability for the agencyās largest clients. Over the next several years, Szymczak guided multiple agencies through the successful acquisition of high-growth companies, building scalable back-office infrastructures to support rapid expansion. Most recently, she founded her own consulting firm, establishing it as a go-to partner for businesses seeking strategic financial guidance and transformative growth.
