With deep expertise in compliance and regulatory strategy, operations and inventory management, and cross-functional leadership, Parsons brings a proven track record of aligning compliance excellence with patient care. She led teams overseeing Quality Assurance, Technician Certification, pharmacy training program development, drug inventory compliance, and centralized controlled substance ordering—all while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations across Rite Aid’s pharmacy network.
