Lovett Industrial Breaks Ground on 213,840 SF Hermitage Logistics Hub, Its Second Nashville Development

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#groundbreaking–Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, recently announced the groundbreaking of Hermitage Logistics Hub, a Class A industrial building to be developed on 52.64 acres in Hermitage, TN. This marks Lovett Industrial’s second venture into industrial development within the Nashville market.




Hermitage Logistics Hub will feature a 213,840-square-foot rear-load building, with a depth of 220 feet and a clear height of 36 feet. It will also include 55 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors with ramps, a 185-foot truck court, 186 parking spaces, and trailer storage. The project is slated for completion in Q4 2026.

Situated along Central Pike, the property offers access to Highway 70 and I-40, making it an ideal last-mile location for future tenants serving the Eastern Nashville market as well as the Nashville Airport submarket. Hermitage is part of the rapidly growing Nashville metropolitan area, home to over 2 million residents and a thriving workforce in logistics, manufacturing, and transportation. Its strategic connectivity supports the strong regional demand for Class A industrial space.

With outsized tenant demand and limited availability of Class A product, this presents an opportunity to develop best-in-class infill industrial space in one of the highest barrier-to-entry markets in the southeastern U.S.
