NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–One of the nation’s leading IP litigation boutique law firms, formerly known as Fabricant LLP, has rebranded as Fabricant Rubino Lambrianakos LLP. The firm has also elected partner Peter Lambrianakos as its managing partner. Both moves reflect the dynamic growth of the firm that launched in 2020 and whose lawyers have secured substantial recoveries against many of the world’s largest companies and other infringers in disputes involving cutting-edge technologies.

Lambrianakos, along with name partners Fred Fabricant and Vincent Rubino, practiced together at Brown Rudnick before founding their boutique law firm, which has expanded to four offices and 19 attorneys in less than six years of operation. They have frequently represented patent holders in campaigns of offensive litigation against the biggest players in their industries, including major semiconductor manufacturers in litigation over processor and memory technology; smartphone manufacturers over mobile payment systems, mobile communications, and location-based communications services; and consumer products companies over acoustic processing and smart speaker technology.
