FREEPORT, Maine–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Just in time for summer, iconic outdoor retailer L.L.Bean is teaming up with viral swimwear brand Summersalt to launch a new collection of swimwear, cover-ups, and summer-ready gear and accessories inspired by a shared love of summer and adventure.


This exclusive collection combines Summersalt’s impeccable, data-backed fit with L.L.Bean’s legendary outdoor expertise. Each piece was co-designed with a shared focus on enhancing their customers’ summer experiences and giving them the confidence to dive in and enjoy the restorative power of time outside. This partnership allows both brands to expand their reach and footprint in the market, leveraging their respective strengths to create a compelling offering for new and established customers.

The collaboration is available in four distinct color collections – Sea Urchin & White Sand (Black & White), Calypso & Deep Sea (Blue), Sea Foam & Harbor (Teal) and Strawberry (Pink) – and includes four limited edition prints created especially for this collaboration. The women’s swimwear includes Summersalt’s best-selling styles like The Sidestroke, The Perfect Wrap One-Piece, The Ruffle Backflip and The Surf, as well as a brand-new silhouette, The Perfect Wrap Tankini Top. The new collection also includes men’s and boy’s swim trunks, kid’s rash guards and girl’s swimsuits.

The cover-up styles are made from L.L.Bean’s 100% cotton Cloud Gauze and are ideal for styling with the collection’s swimwear, providing cool, carefree coverage. Available in three colors, the four silhouettes include a midi dress, skirt, wide-leg pants and cropped button-up shirt.

Rounding out the collaboration are matching accessories and summer-ready gear such as L.L.Bean’s best-selling hats, beach chairs and towels, water bottles, sandals, inflatable stand-up paddleboards, and iconic Boat and Tote in exclusive colorways.

The collection is now available on both llbean.com and summersalt.com, and in select L.L.Bean stores.
