Kwanti also named a WealthManagement.com Industry Awards finalist for portfolio analytics
SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#PDFreports—Kwanti, a leading portfolio analytics solution aiding financial advisors and investment managers with prospect conversion, client retention, model management, proposal generation, and more, recently announced the launch of groundbreaking enhancements to its PDF report cover page customization. This industry-first functionality provides advisors with unparalleled control over branding and presentation, fundamentally transforming how they deliver client reports and proposals.
These advanced enhancements build significantly on Kwanti’s existing capabilities, offering a level of design flexibility and brand integration previously unavailable in the market. The update directly addresses the critical need for advisors, particularly within large enterprises, to maintain stringent brand consistency and compliance across all client-facing deliverables.
āOur new PDF report customization options enable advisors to reinforce and strengthen brand consistency and ensure their deliverables reflect their firmās quality and professionalism,ā said Christophe Gauthron, CFAĀ®, Founder and CEO of Kwanti. āIncorporating a firmās brand elements helps improve first impressions with cover pages that set the tone for the analysis, streamline compliance with the inclusion of necessary disclosures prominently on the cover page, and differentiate from competitors by standing out with unique layouts and branded backgrounds that reflect each firmās personality.ā
Previously, advisors could modify their logo, edit text within designated blocks, and adjust the main page color. The enhanced cover page options now include:
- Layout selection with the choice of multiple professionally designed templates to match the presentation style and brand aesthetic
- Flexible element positioning, allowing advisors to move text blocks, logos, and other elements to create the layout that works best
- Advanced color controls to customize text colors in addition to the main page color for complete brand alignment
- Custom background images can be added, allowing firms to upload their own background image to create a fully branded cover page experience
- Integrated disclosures, allowing advisors to add compliance disclosures directly to the cover page for immediate visibility
āWhether youāre preparing client reviews, prospect presentations, or internal reports, these tools help ensure your deliverables reflect the quality and professionalism of your advisory practice,ā added Gauthron.
The enhanced cover page customization is available within Kwantiās PDF report generator, where users can find the expanded design options in the cover page settings when creating a new report. All customization features are available to new and existing users at no additional cost. To learn more, please click here.
KWANTI INTRODUCES HOUSEHOLD SUMMARY FOR PDF REPORTS
These enhancements to the PDF report cover page come on the heels of another new feature recently introduced within Kwantiās PDF reports: the Summary Page. Designed to provide greater visibility into household-level PDF reports, the Summary Page provides advisors with a structured and detailed breakdown of each account within a Group portfolio, enabling more precise and efficient client reporting.
Introduced in April 2025, the Summary Page is a new section within the PDF report that presents a consolidated view of portfolios grouped together. When generating a report for a Group portfolio, this page displays a breakdown of each individual account along with a total view of the entire Group.
In addition to the high-level Group Summary, advisors can now dive deeper into individual account data using the Account Detail option on the Positions page. When this option is selected, positions are organized by account and advisors can analyze Weight (%), Value ($), and Shares for each position within each account.
This increased transparency empowers advisors to demonstrate the allocation and composition of complex portfolios, allowing them to clearly communicate and simplify explanations of multi-account relationship, streamline analysis and analyze the proportional contribution of each account to overall allocation, and enhance reporting by delivering well-structured, professional reports that clients can easily comprehend.
The Summary Page is particularly valuable when presenting household-level relationships and explaining how multiple accounts work together in a portfolio strategy. The Account Detail option provides the granular position-level transparency needed when reviewing specific allocations within each account.
The Summary Page is now available within the PDF editor for any portfolios, and the Account Detail option is available for any Group or Blend portfolio by checking the Account Details box on the Positions page. Both features are available to all Kwanti users. To learn more, please click here.
