The amount of use that AI is receiving due to the Coronavirus is growing at a rapid rate with companies in the healthcare sector implementing it at a rapid rate in a bid to curve the pandemic.

Ravi Akiireddy, founder and president, Kloudspot expressed his excitement for Diaz joining by saying: “Adding Guillermo’s expertise – and passion – for technology as well as experience as a global leader is a tremendous asset to Kloudspot,

Akiireddy continued: “I have had the pleasure of knowing him for more than a decade and have seen first-hand the positive impact he made on Cisco and the many organizations he has been part of. Kloudspot is excited for Diaz to accelerate the company’s expansion and growth as a market-leading analytics platform.”

Before his twenty-year stint at Cisco, Diaz held senior leadership positions with several tech titans including Alza Corporation (Johnson & Johnson), Intelligent Electronics, and Silicon Graphics.

Will Diaz’s appointment helps Kloudspot IoT and AI-driven platforms go more mainstream and will it allow them to give customers valuable insight to refine their operations and marketing? We’re not sure but we’re excited to find out and wish Diaz all the best in the new role.

About Kloudspot

The Kloudspot platform converts physical actions and movements of people and devices into digitally treatable data using sensors including wi-fi, Bluetooth, radiofrequency, video, image, audio processors, IR sensors and more. Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning concepts are then applied to analyze the data generated to gain valuable business insights. Businesses use various third-party solutions to run their business. In order to make digital transformation effective, Kloudspot built methods to integrate and correlate data from Wi-Fi networks, from the sensors and from existing third-party CRM and PMS systems with the client. Kloudspot’s data analytics enables intelligence to be derived from these co-related data.
