Johnson Downie and Lippman Jungers Welcome New Partners Josh Dull and Meredith Frank

Dull and Frank join the newly merged legal search firm with a focus on New York-based recruiting

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Johnson Downie and Lippman Jungers, the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the addition of Josh Dull and Meredith Frank as partners. This move marks the company’s first major recruitment since its March 7 strategic merger announcement. Dull and Frank will focus on recruiting for New York firms while maintaining the national scope they’ve cultivated.

Josh Dull joins Johnson Downie and Lippman Jungers from Major, Lindsey & Africa where his 16-year tenure includes founding the firm’s Latin America practice. He focused on placing high-value lateral partners and groups at the world’s leading law firms and was responsible for numerous office openings in Miami, the Southeastern United States, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. Dull holds a J.D. from the University of Denver and his B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Frank brings with her decades of experience from the legal recruiting firm, Major Lindsey & Africa. There, she led the Philadelphia partner practice where she was a top producer, placing top-tier partners and groups at elite law firms and advising firms on critical lateral acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. She also facilitated numerous office openings and large-scale mergers for firms nationwide. Frank holds a J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and a B.A. from Emory University.

This recruitment follows the announcement of Johnson Downie and Lippman Junger’s strategic merger on March 7, which combined the firms of Johnson Downie and Lippman Jungers and the talents of Sabina Lippman, Clint Johnson and Mark Jungers. The new firm has placed more than 2,000 law firm partners and opened more than 40 law offices for AMLaw 50 firms.
