Jiaying Huang’s SycroQuota Uses AI to Streamline Multi-Cloud Resource Management Across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

SycroQuota is developing an AI-assisted platform to simplify quota, scaling, and resource management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. — As companies expand their use of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, the operational work behind cloud management has become harder to coordinate. Spending, usage, quota requests, and reliability data often sit inside separate provider systems, each with its own rules and performance metrics. SycroQuota, a platform developed by RESILION CLOUD INC., is being built to help organizations manage cloud quotas, scaling decisions, and resource allocation across multiple cloud providers from a single control layer.

The company was incorporated on June 26, 2026, and introduced SycroQuota the following day at “One-Person Unicorn: The Soloist’s Ascent | 2026 Pitch Day” in New York City. The organizers selected SycroQuota for a Beta Selected Prize, which included $20,000 in investment support.

The platform addresses two recurring challenges in multi-cloud operations: manual decision-making and fragmented visibility. Reviewing quota requests and scaling decisions can consume engineering time, while idle or oversized resources can quietly add to monthly cloud costs. In sectors such as healthcare, finance, and government, where availability and compliance carry greater consequences, these decisions become more difficult when workloads span multiple cloud providers with different policies, limits, and measurement standards.

SycroQuota is designed as a control layer for quota, scaling, and resource decisions. The platform centers on an AI-assisted policy engine that recommends quota and scaling adjustments based on usage, availability, cost, and risk signals. Routine approvals can be handled automatically, while a shared policy layer helps apply rules consistently across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The company describes the system as one that learns from past usage patterns, anticipates demand, and guides resource decisions according to business priority. Its intended result is fewer manual approvals for engineering teams and less capacity left idle or over-provisioned, while maintaining the reliability that regulated workloads require.

The forecasting and analytics behind SycroQuota build on the founder’s work in cloud resource management. Her research spans resource scheduling, demand prediction, load balancing, and time-series forecasting, all of which relate closely to the platform’s focus on anticipating usage needs and guiding quota and scaling decisions. These areas form part of SycroQuota’s technical foundation, while the commercial product remains in development.

SycroQuota expects its early users to include small and mid-sized U.S. enterprises and mid-market firms in regulated industries, especially organizations already operating across more than one cloud provider. The same need may extend to larger enterprises managing thousands of cloud instances, where small inefficiencies in quota planning, scaling, or idle capacity can translate into significant operational cost.

Jiaying Huang, the founder of SycroQuota, has a technical background in cloud infrastructure, multi-cloud resource management, quota automation, and demand forecasting. She studied Data Informatics at the University of Southern California and has spent several years working on large-scale cloud infrastructure, where quota approvals, capacity forecasting, and availability safeguards are everyday engineering problems. Her work in resource scheduling, resource prediction, and time-series analysis helps explain the platform’s focus on automating quota, scaling, and reliability decisions across cloud providers.

SycroQuota is still at an early stage, and much of what the company has outlined remains ahead of it. Its focus reflects a broader shift in cloud operations, where companies are paying closer attention to the quota, scaling, and reliability decisions that shape cloud spending before it appears on the bill.
