Innovaccer Brings Multimodal AI to the Frontlines of Care with NVIDIA

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Innovaccer Inc., a leading healthcare AI company, today announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate innovation in multimodal AI for healthcare.

Through this collaboration, Innovaccer has adopted NVIDIAโ€™s full-stack AI platform, including NeMo Guardrails, NeMo Framework, Riva Parakeet NIM, Triton Inference Server, and TensorRT-LLM, to accelerate speech, text, and multimodal intelligence across healthcare workflows. Deployed on GPU-powered AWS and virtual private cloud environments, the integration strengthens scalability, safety, and performance across Innovaccerโ€™s generative AI initiatives.

The integration brings enterprise-scale performance, trust, and efficiency to AI-driven healthcare workflows. NeMo Framework and Triton Inference Server enable multi-GPU training and optimized deployment of large models, while NeMo Guardrails keeps conversations safe, on topic, and compliant with healthcare standards. Riva Parakeet delivers accurate, low-latency speech-to-text and speaker separation, and TensorRT-LLM with Triton ensures real-time inference and cost efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments.

The collaboration focuses on three primary areas:

  • Audio AI for diarization and real-time speech recognition that supports Innovaccerโ€™s Access Center Copilot and other ambient AI experiences.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for intelligent document understanding and note generation through Innovaccerโ€™s InNote product.
  • Training and optimization of proprietary models using NVIDIAโ€™s GPU infrastructure to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable performance across Innovaccerโ€™s AI portfolio.

โ€œHealthcare is entering an era where AI must be able to listen, interpret, and act with precision in order to deliver better outcomes,โ€ said Abhinav Shashank, Co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer. โ€œOur collaboration with NVIDIA strengthens our ability to build responsible, domain-specific AI, which when combined with our unified healthcare data platform, can drive meaningful improvements in outcomes and efficiencies.โ€

The collaboration forms the foundation for Innovaccerโ€™s broader AI strategy, including its Agents of Careโ„ข which automate a variety of low-value or repetitive tasks that burden care teams. NVIDIAโ€™s technology enables these agents to operate with greater speed and accuracy, using multimodal data to understand context and deliver intelligent support.

The collaboration with NVIDIA extends this potential to more provider organizations by embedding accelerated computing into Innovaccerโ€™s AI-driven healthcare fabric.

โ€œTogether, NVIDIA and Innovaccer are defining a new frontier for healthcare AI,โ€ added Shashank. โ€œThis collaboration helps us bring real intelligence into every workflow, giving healthcare organizations the tools to deliver more connected, efficient, and human-centered care.โ€

โ€œHealthcare data is inherently multimodal and deeply contextual. By adopting NVIDIAโ€™s acceleration libraries and platform, speech frameworks, and pre-trained models, Innovaccer is standing up production-ready systems that reason across speech, text, and clinical data in real time. This isnโ€™t just experimentationโ€”itโ€™s healthcare AI being operationalized at scale,โ€ said Trent Norris, Global Head of Business Development for Digital Health at NVIDIA.
