Industry-First AI Co-Pilot by XTIX Will Help Event Organisers Sell Out Faster

XTIX, a global ticketing platform, has introduced what it describes as the ticketing industry’s first AI Co-Pilot — an intelligent assistant designed to deliver personalised insights and actionable recommendations to event organisers. Built on 27 years of ticketing expertise — including experience gained from supporting large-scale international concerts for artists such as Interpol, Imagine Dragons, and Hurts — the new tool helps promoters and distributors in more than 120 countries improve sales performance, optimise pricing, and reach sell-outs more efficiently.

The launch comes as the global online event ticketing market continues to grow, with projections estimating it will reach $112 billion by 2030. In this context, XTIX positions its AI Co-Pilot as a practical tool for organisers seeking to expand their audience reach and improve revenue outcomes without adding operational complexity.

Unlike traditional chatbots or reactive support tools, the XTIX AI Co-Pilot is designed to be proactive and insight-driven. It enables organisers to tap into accumulated industry knowledge — highlighting potential revenue opportunities, suggesting pricing adjustments, and assisting with improvements to event descriptions. The tool is intended for organisers of all sizes, from first-time promoters to large-scale venue operators.

The AI Co-Pilot is powered by a custom-trained OpenAI instance, fine-tuned using XTIX’s proprietary data, best practices, and domain-specific insights. By analysing live account data in real time, the system delivers recommendations tailored to each organiser’s current performance and market conditions, rather than relying on static or generic benchmarks.

XTIX operates across several layers of the ticketing ecosystem, offering a smart ticketing platform for organisers, a B2C environment for fans, and a distributor API for third-party resellers. Its core technology stack includes automated pricing, real-time analytics, smart access control, and embeddable widgets — capabilities that form the operational backbone of the platform and underpin the AI Co-Pilot’s guidance layer.

The company describes its approach as a middle ground between fully manual legacy systems and impersonal self-service platforms. Organisers retain control over their events, while the AI layer provides contextual support and tailored recommendations — a model XTIX refers to as “guided autonomy.”

“XTIX has always focused on helping organisers create great events and grow sustainable businesses,” says Katerina Kirillova, founder of XTIX. “AI Co-Pilot extends that mission by turning decades of experience into practical, data-driven guidance. It’s designed to proactively support organisers and show them how to achieve better results, regardless of their size or technical background.”

The AI Co-Pilot is currently available in beta and is already being used by around 40% of XTIX’s clients. Access is free during the beta phase. Following a full rollout, XTIX plans to introduce a freemium model, offering a limited number of AI interactions each month at no cost, with paid tiers available for organisers who require higher usage limits.
