Immersion Corporation Announces Significant Increase in Quarterly Dividend and Cooperation Agreement with Largest Shareholder

AVENTURA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Immersion Corporation (โ€œImmersion,โ€ the โ€œCompany,โ€ โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œus,โ€ or โ€œourโ€) (NASDAQ: IMMR), a leading provider of haptics technology, today announced that its Board of Directors (the โ€œBoardโ€) has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.045 per share to $0.075 per share and has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Scott A. Larson (the โ€œCooperation Agreementโ€). The quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share will be paid, subject to any prior revocation, in cash on January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 19, 2026.
