CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global professional services firm Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) today announced that Consulting Magazine has named Kristen Bruner and Jennifer Ramey to its list of 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting, and the firm was honored for retaining female talent and its mentoring and enrichment programs.

“These recognitions are a testament to the purpose-driven leadership and collaboration that define Huron,” said Mark Hussey, chief executive officer and president of Huron. “Kristen, Jennifer, and the teams behind our Women in Tech Summit and Advancing Women in Leadership program continue to strengthen our culture and inspire others across the firm and our industry. Their efforts reflect our shared commitment to creating an inclusive environment where our people can thrive and lead with impact. I congratulate them on these well-deserved recognitions.”

Kristen Bruner was recognized as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champion. As Huron’s chief human resources officer, Kristen Bruner has made inclusion and belonging central to the firm’s people strategy. Since joining Huron in 2022, she has championed various initiatives such as a “Dinner and Dialogue” series, which brings employees and senior leaders together for open, trust-based conversations.

Jennifer Ramey was honored for her Excellence in Leadership. Jennifer has more than two decades of experience in higher education and consulting. She co-leads a business unit with more than 300 consultants and has played an integral role in advancing talent and culture through initiatives focused on career development, training, and employee engagement. Additionally, she helped launch Huron’s Women in Leadership program, which provides opportunities for mentorship, dialogue, and professional growth across the firm.

Huron also received two firmwide awards in the Mentoring and Enrichment Programs and Retaining Female Talent categories for its Women in Tech Summit and Advancing Women in Leadership (AWL) program, respectively. Huron’s Women in Tech Summit was recognized for its role in developing and connecting women and allies in technology-focused roles. The summit, which is hosted across multiple global offices and virtually, features leadership panels, hands-on workshops, and technical skill-building sessions that empower participants to advance their careers. The program’s year-round mentorship and networking opportunities have helped strengthen community and engagement.

The Advancing Women in Leadership (AWL) program earned recognition in the Retaining Female Talent category. This four-month professional development program, open to all early-career employees, prepares employees with the tools, confidence, and connections to grow into leadership roles. Through expert-led workshops, accountability groups, and global participation, AWL fosters an inclusive environment where participants at all levels can develop their skills, strengthen their networks, and advance their careers.

Kristen, Jennifer, and the Huron team were honored during the Women Leaders in Consulting event on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
